In May 2024, a violent incident in Houston, Texas, left the local community in shock after 64-year-old Steven Anderson lost his life outside his own home.

According to investigators, Anderson had stepped outside to collect his mail when he was struck by a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Karon Fisher. Authorities reported that the vehicle hit him more than once during the incident.
