A former Wisconsin teacher has been arrested again, raising serious concerns about how the case was handled earlier.
Adam Teal, who previously worked in education, was taken into custody on Monday after parents reported seeing him enter a youth hockey locker room while children were inside.
The arrest comes months after Teal had already been charged in a separate case.
In October, authorities arrested him for possession of explicit images involving minors, according to reports.
Despite the seriousness of those charges, Teal was released after his bond was reportedly set at $10,000.
Now, his latest arrest is drawing renewed scrutiny over that decision.
Parents and community members are questioning how someone facing those allegations was able to return to public spaces involving children.
The case remains ongoing.
